Why Pitanga?
If you grew up in Nigeria, as a child you might have picked & eaten these. We simply called them “cherries”, but they are actually Pitanga cherries. They are also known as Surinam cherries and because we are inspired by the #NostalgicNigerianFood of my childhood we are called Pitanga
